Tickets are available through our website and also on the official ticket sales platforms. We recommend always purchasing them through authorized channels.

Yes, as long as the tickets are not sold out. The box office opens one hour before the start of the event.

In the evenings, access is exclusively for those over 18 years of age and the venue reserves the right of admission.
In the case of concerts and other events, minors can access as long as the conditions of the event allow it:
Minors under 16 must be accompanied by their legal guardian.
16 and 17 year olds can access with a responsible adult.
This information is always specified in each activity of our agenda.

In some events we offer VIP area reservations. You can check availability and conditions by contacting us directly.

Yes, Luz de Gas has an electric chair to save the access steps and facilitate the entrance to the room. We also have adapted restrooms and staff ready to help whenever necessary.

Yes, we have a checkroom service during events and club nights so you can enjoy your evening in comfort and safety.

If you keep the checkroom ticket, you will be able to pick up the garment when the room reopens and the checkroom service is active.

Small, compact or disposable cameras are allowed. Professional or reflex cameras are not allowed, except in case of having a press accreditation or a photo pass.
